  • Our homes are built in sections within our factory-controlled environment before being transported to site and carefully installed to create a finished home. This approach allows us to deliver homes faster and more predictably than traditional building methods, while still maintaining a high standard of quality, design, and finish.

Traditional building processes are often highly customised, making it difficult to understand exactly what’s included, what upgrades may cost, and where the final budget may land.

The Signature Series offers a more streamlined building experience, with thoughtfully designed homes that feel considered, attainable, and built to last.

  • No. Over the last five years, we’ve refined our designs, in collaboration with an independent architect and interior designer. Together we have gathered information, drawn up plans, consulted, created, and delivered designs to offer you a superior product at an affordable price point. Some flexible design features mean our buildings are site responsive even though the floorplans remain the same.

We know what works. By leaving the design and construction in the hands of professionals, that means less stress and less expense for you. You’ll have a beautiful well-built home that performs well and looks great.

  • Whether perched on a coastal cliff, tucked into bushland, or nestled in a vineyard, modular homes can suit most sites – including flat and sloping. We have also completed many projects in urban settings. Our houses are designed with numerous facade options. They can go across or down the lot and still achieve a high energy rating. The sliding screens and moveable shade covers allow the exoskeleton of the building to adjust to meet the constraints of the site.

  • Yes. We can’t lock your job into production until we have the building and planning permits in place.

  • Pricing varies depending on the design you choose, with each Signature Series home priced individually. The prices shown on each design page reflect the cost of the home, including the selected interior direction .You can view Signature Series home pricing through design page.

  • Service connections - vary from site to site depending on the distance the home is from the connection points. A list of rates can be supplied by MillBuilt.

  • We can deliver in tight times frames because we are good at what we do. To build your home can take up to six weeks off site, and one week on site at most, for the finishing touches. That’s a lot more time efficient than a conventional on-site build. Once the contract is signed and we receive your permits, we take it from there.

  • Yes. More banks are coming on board that understand the business model. In the past, banks were caught up in the thinking that the land doesn’t appreciate in value through the different stages of construction, because it’s happening off site. This mindset is changing. Banks like Bank West, Bank Australia and the Commonwealth Bank are now lending for modular builds.
