The Signature Process
Our passion is designing, building and delivering homes that will endure. We are with you every step of the way.
Step 1: Site and Feasibility
We review your site, confirm planning requirements and organise the necessary surveys. You’ll understand early what’s required and what it will cost.
Step 2: Documentation and Contract
We prepare the drawings and documentation for building approval. Once confirmed, contracts are signed and timelines agreed.In the event that a planning permit is required we can provide assistance however we do not oversee planning application.
Step 3: Selections and Preparation
You confirm your interior package. Materials are ordered early to protect your timeline.
Step 4: Factory Build and Delivery
Your home is constructed in our factory, transported to site and installed. Final inspections are completed before handover.
